I thought I'd broken mine too yesterday. I went to the gym and tried to walk on the treadmill but it was so swollen in shoes that was out after a 5 min warmup. New since the end of Feb, but have been pretty faithful in logging in except for the one day I took my son to a concert and forgot to log in...*nuts!* I try and be encouraging, while still trying to learn from everyone on the site :)

I use avocado too lately with mine as some other people said. a can of tuna, with water in mixed with one avocado, tbsp of olive oil, tbsp of lemon juice...I add some onion chopped fine, white or green whichever I have...so tasty.

I agree with everyone who says the right state of mind is a huge thing to have and will hopefully result in great success :) I am in the same boat, tho a little lighter and can't wait to be a success story. I agree with the do what suits you best. I do weigh daily, maybe that will curb eventually...but for now it keeps me in check and I'm ok with that. I only log my weight on Mondays tho. I'm happy, don't think it bothers anyone and like I said, maybe it will change in the future and I won't want to keep such rigid tabs on…
