Please don't get frustrated. Five pounds a month is perfect! A few months from now, you will probably only lose 2-3 pounds per month doing the exact same thing so don't get discouraged! I made this tonight and it was a hit! I used peach mango salsa from Costco's and put in a 1/2 cup of diced pineapple instead of the taco seasoning. It was awesome. I was in the mood for something a little sweeter tonight, but I'll probably try the original recipe soon! Thanks!

I drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. I have a 64oz. jug that I fill up every morning. I drink all of that and more with smaller bottles of water throughout my house and car.

I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel - my 2 yr old twins are still in diapers, my 3 and 4 yr olds are in night time pull-ups and my 6 yr old is (of course) fulling potty trained. There was a couple of years that I had all 5 in diapers!!! That was crazy! But things are looking better for me now.:happy:

It's 12:50 AM and I just got out of the shower from my workout that ended at midnight. I have to wait for all 5 of my kids to be sleeping before I can workout. I was on Yaz then I switched to a monthly birth control and got prengnant with twins 2 weeks after! Yaz really confuses your hormones. You might very well be pregnant and with multiples!!!:noway:

I replaced all my soda cravings with soda water about 6 months ago. It really does the trick! I found flavored soda water at my grocery store (Kroger's). It's not a strong flavor......just a mild hint. The best part is that it's 0's across the board on the nutrition facts!:flowerforyou:
