300 down... gong to be a long night. sets of 50 might be ending soon... lol. its just so nice to see the numbers add up quick though. maybe sets of 25? but I will try the 50 till I get to the half way point.

Count it. Its not cheating. Thats like saying a pro football player couldn't count practice as exercise, Thats just plain STUPID. Bottom line, its calories burned. If part of your job is to walk for 3 hours at a time, would you count that? I would... to say otherwise is just plain silly.

just go to walmart and buy the fat *kitten* seat. It might look a bit dorky but it is so much more comfortable than the stock seat... no shame in my game, and the southern boys don't ache at all...

I love the HRM. it just gives me more drive to keep going. I just worked out for 1 hour and 25 min and only burnt 968 calories. I had the HRM on the whole time. walked for 5, ran for 15, then walked for 5, then ran for 5.... I also threw in 30 minutes of strength training and finished off with 6 min of barefoot running and a 4 min cool down walk... I tried, I just couldn't hit the…

you are probably trying to starve yourself from the things you love to eat. Everyone needs a cheat day. or every day can be a cheat day, just in moderation. so you don't have that desire to have the whole cake. Just make up for it on your workouts. I try not to eat anything before the run. I have my morning yogurt at 6 am, and usually start the run off at 9. when I was in boot camp in 95, I usually ate yogurt with cheerio's in it before the run and I was good, but that was when I was 20. Not the same as being almost 36. lol
