as for what meal it is? I changed my settings. There are 6 spots allowed here. I broke it down from midnight to 4 and 4 hour breaks from there. If you are having CHEST PAIN.. talk to your doctor about it, they can do a stress test and run an EKG on you. CHEST PAIN is never a NORMAL thing. yeah, a HRM is the way to go with Insanity. I have noticed that i am burning fewer calories now than when I started so I know its working and I am getting into better shape... I can almost keep up with the warm up now. lol
