It DOES get easier, I promise. You just have to stick with it! Also, try to consider what kind of foods you are eating. Are you eating more vegetables & lean meat, that will give you energy? Well, today's thursday, so I have to tell the truth about something... Well on Tuesday I stopped by my parents house, and because I was below my calories for the day, I was feeling hungry, so I had a cup of kraft mac & cheese, and about 2 cups of cheesy potatoes! I can't believe I did that, but back to the diet!
