Hey! Congrats 11 days is huge. I haven't quit for good yet but when I have in the past it was hard and sad. I did get sad more than edgy and a little lethargic. Hang in there though Im sure it goes away!

I drink wine when I have the calories. I drink liquor when the occasion calls for it ;) I do find it becomes problematic when I overindulge and I end up super hungry and overeat the day I drank and the day after too.

I think there is a difference between starvation mode and your body running efficiently. I found that I lost weight a little quicker when I bumped my calories from 1250 to 1400. After dinner no matter how full I am. I have found some nights I just want to go to bed so I can stop debating about whether or not I should break down and have a snack. Some nights tea helps but a lot of the time cereal, left overs, ww ice cream ect calls my name.

I think its important to feel good about logging it. Overages are stressful but just imagine if you weren't logging; you would have been farther off, and not have know to watch closer over the next couple of days. When I first tried to run I couldn't run a couple of blocks.I was sad, depressed, and out of breath. In October, a little over a year later I finished a 12 mile run :)

I think I had this exact thought every time I passed the mirror today. For me I really do think I have gained weight in my stomach. Ive lost 5 pounds since not exercising due to health issues and I think its showing not a good way.

Hi Im 5'3'' The before picture Im not sure of my exact weight but I would guess 150 iish. the send photo Im around 125 and pretty toned from lifting quite a but in the months before that wedding before after good luck!
