  • I was finding on other boards too that MFP standards can be low. I just changed my % to 40-30-30 (which when you select 40 it changed the others to 30-30 automatically). Only been a day but does seem more reasonable.

  • It's easier in retail because we HAVE to and have to punch. But it definitely would follow the idea of several smaller meals/snacks throughout the day that I've seen several places. And it generally helps with the overeating or starvation if it's planned into what you bring to work. Good luck =)
