I weigh myself at the same time every morning, but I don't record it every day. I only record it once or twice a week.

I do Zumba almost every day and LOVE LOVE LOVE it! It's easy to pick up on, and doesn't feel like "work."

I know I should have taken some before pictures, and to be honest, I did. We lose weight one choice at a time. Maybe starting with small goals and minor changes, and slowly progressing will work better? You just have to set your mind to it and go for it, and let your friends and family push you along the way :flowerforyou:

I do Biggest Loser Power Sculpt and Boot Camp almost every day, so I get the strength training in. I guess I forgot a piece in my OP....I have gone from a tight 16 to a comfy 14, and my BMI has gone down, too. That's why I don't understand the measurements staying the same. Maybe the first response is right. :o)
