Very true! A friend of mine shared this link with me last week, and it's actually very helpful when it comes to "munching" on something. http://www.goodhousekeeping.com/health/advice/healthy-alternatives#result

I'm going to add Army of Darkness and My Name is Bruce to this list. My husband is a HUGE Bruce Campbell fan, so we own both of these, and I cringe every time I walk in and hear it on the TV....or even if he just mentions the movies!!

Thanks for all the tips! Now I'm even more hungry than before...LOL!

YOU DIDN'T LIKE REMEMBER ME?!?! OMG I LOOOOOVED that movie!! I cried like a baby both times I went to see it. I'm a sap :o)

Surfer Dude with Matthew My-Hunk-A-Hottie is one of the WORST movies ever made! How To Be tops the list, too.

I went through that recently, and felt just like you do right now. Someone reminded me that I may have gained 5, but I was still down from my start weight. So...even though you've gained 5lbs, you're still down 32...which is HUGE!! Don't get discouraged. Use it as motivation to drink more water, and maybe add a short…

You're not alone. I made it to week 3 of the program, then got sick and took a couple weeks off. When I jumped back into it I tried to pick it up on week 3 again....and I felt like I was going to die! I decided to start the program over again with week 1, and my lungs felt like they were on fire after I was done. Hopefully…

Congrats on the dress and weight loss! I had to buy a size 14, because I was 7 months pregnant when I walked down the aisle! WHOOPS! LOL

I do see the the humor in celebrating being overweight! But like someone said, look at where we started!! I'm one of those that had a twisted perception of myself when I left the house in the AM. I would wear something that I thought was slimming, then would later see a picture and think, "OMG! If that's slimming, then…

ZUMBA! I do Zumba at least twice a week, and I also do The Biggest Loser Boot Camp. I love them both, but I'm not ready to do them both everyday. I WILL get there though

I'm not a fan of artificial sugars (for health and taste reasons), but my husband adds Mio to his. You don't have to use much, and there are lots of flavors out there. Me, personally? I bought a 64oz water bottle. I carry it with me everywhere...and if i get the munchies I just sip on the water. However, I'm a fan of it.…

For my 15lb goal I bought myself a new outfit and a belt for the old outfits :o) I don't have rewards in mind, but I think we all deserve them!

Thanks everyone! I did track everything today, and seeing how HORRIBLE I did makes me want to go run 10 miles! LOL :embarassed:

I think my ticker updates itself, I have never checked! LOL I update my weight in my siggy whenever I lose a whole pound. If I gain it, I leave the ticker alone. I suppose adding that weight to the signature would be more motivation to work at it, but the shame works, too.

....and the good news is - when you get married he'll have to eat what you cook!

GOOD FOR YOU!! Congrats! You deserve every inch of pride and emotion you feel :o) My children's future is my number one motivation.

FINALLY! ANOTHER HOOSIER! LOL I was just about to post something about the only two people from Indiana...but now we have three! LOL

LOL! Awesome wording. And it is evil! Except, I was always under the impression it was a female visitor...hence the "Aunt"

Hi and welcome back! I, too, am new and have fluctuated. I lost 270 pounds in my divorce (230 was him), met a new guy...then kids came along. I'm apparently as emotionally attached to the baby weight as it's physically attached to me...because we can't seem to part ways!! When I left the hospital with my second baby, I was…

HEY I KNOW YOU!! LOL! We went to school together
