Welcome! Feel free to add me if you want :) I've been on MFP since March '11, lost 25 pounds my first time around and then got lazy and quite trying. I gained back all 25, plus some of their friends...and just started back up this week. WE CAN DO THIS!!!

That's fantastic! Good for you!!!

I hear ya! I had nerve problems in my back causing numbness in my leg, and was put on restrictions for awhile (I'm still not cleared to do all I was, but that's OK). I used that as an excuse to be lazy. I used boredom as an excuse to eat. Not to mention I thought I could hide behind my clothes. NOT SO MUCH!! The pictures…

THERE ARE CALORIES IN WINE?!?! LOL! I know, that's a big one for me, too. I've been known to skip a meal so I can enjoy some wine that evening :drinker:

ROFLMAO!!

Chocolate gets me, too. I still eat it, but only a couple pieces a day, and I try not to have them together. Like after lunch, if I feel that sweet tooth coming on I grab 1 kiss. After dinner, I'll grab another. It's just enough to keep me satisfied, but not enough to keep me fat! LOL

Damn! People responded so there is someone new above me!! I'll say 26

This is me. But, I finally realized that I can't get myself motivated because I didn't want to motivate myself. I would rather hold on to my excuses (and chocolate bars and ice cream) than get to a zumba class or hit the treadmill. I motivated myself once, and I can do it again. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a c25k…

Signed, OWM. LOL

Sorry to hear about the separation! I'm jumping back into this, too. I'll push you if you push me!

Count me in...and PUSH ME ALONG THE WAY!! LOL Start weight: 176 December 24: 157

Sounds like me! I hit this gung ho in March, lost 24lbs, and now I'm on a slow incline again. I've cheated and had a soda here and there, ice cream, fast food....there have been NO boundaries! I need to change, now. Y'all feel free to add (and PUSH) me, too. I need it!! My current goal is to be below 160 before…

I need motivation SO bad! I hit my 1/2 way mark, fell off the wagon, and now I'm trying to start again. If you shove me, I'll push you :o)

You look awesome! Congrats!!
-
That's amazing! GOOD FOR YOU!!!
-
Ditto that. 2:30am and I can't get interested in sleep!!
-
Guess I won't be weighing myself this week!! :noway:
-
That's great! I think it feels better to see a physical change than it does to see the scale change. JMO Keep up the good work!!
-
Congrats on the 44lbs!! :drinker: and LOL to losing weight in your ears...that's funny yet awesome at the same time I haven't noticed weight loss in strange places, but it makes me happy to see it falling off my rear!

I've gotta try to force myself to work out tomorrow. These three leaches just need to find a new home! LOL
-
*bump* I'm too lazy to start a new topic. LOL! I am having the HARDEST time getting back into this after vacation. I've been home for over a week, and have stuck to my healthier eating MAYBE an entire day, and worked out twice since I've been home. Hubs went for a run the other night and I sat on the couch eating ice…

I'm not a fan of artificial sweeteners, but my husband LOVES it! He has 4 flavors in the cabinet right now
