You need adequate sleep and rest if any diet is going to work. Your schedule is bizarre, how do you cope? I think you are doing well to try and lose weight on the schedule you're on. You know if you're tired you're going to crave sugar and caffeine to keep you going. What are the odds you can find a more regular gig?

I love celestial seasonings apple cinnamon tea, great with a splash of skim milk and 2 splendas, or even without sweetener as it is naturally sweet.

I agree, exercise kills my appetite for an hour or so afterwards and I am not as hungry for the rest of the day.
