Havent heard of 'Neoprene' shorts either.....I'll have to look those up too!! Sounds worth trying....as long as it doesn't flatten my booty. My booty still 'pokes' out quite nicely...and Im trying to do my best to keep it lol

THIS IS AWESOME!!! Very Informative!!! Im Greedy though, so I'm not so sure I would make it through the 9 day water only fast. But I might be able to do 2 days at a time. But I will most DEF have to look into the other things you've mentioned. THANKSSSS!! :bigsmile:

VERY TRUE!! But they are pretty naturally toned no matter how terrible they are to their bodies on both of my Grandfathers' side (moms dad and my dads, dad). So, Im hoping some of those genes will pop up outta no where... :)

OOOO GOOD!!! I'd love to see them! I rarely get on the message boards, so I obviously missed the previous 'cellulite posts'.... And what is 'Bump/Bumping'?? I keep seeing it on the boards but like I said I rarely get on the boards so I guess Im not "hip"...lol is it like a "bump or dump" type of thing?.....

Well, the more I read and think about it, my cellulite started appearing after I stopped taking Ballet classes and in turn stopped working out all together. I might resemble Rosanne Barr in a Leotard but if it'll strip me of this cellulite, ARABESQUES HERE I COME!!!! Let's just pray I dont break a 'kankle' :noway:

Well, I will DEF be incorporating the 'dead lifts' into my workout regime!!! I stopped the coffee awhile back since I only like a little coffee with my cream and sugar. I was a drag in the mornings for awhile but all in all it helped to lop off quite a bit of weight.

It's the unsightly bumps, lumps and dimples that most people tend to get on thier thighs due to weight gain or lack of excrsize (because skinney folks can have it too) BUT you can get it anywhere from your tummy to your arms to your back fat on down. NOT PRETTY!!
