Not a joke. The reason I am disapointed about it is because I have 120lbs to lose and people keep telling me that people my size should lose 8lbs+ the first week of eating well and exercising. I have been on here a while lost a bit gained a bit but last week i really went for it. I understand people would be well chuffed…

I dreamt that i saw the helicopter that crashed into covent garden but only from a distance, like i was outside a shop and it was behind a wall. but the helicopter was completely intact, it was just lying on its side and even the propella was intact. it weirded me out a little actually lol !! xxx

SUBWAY does however have a salad option, you can have a bowel of all the salad bits you want, chicken/whatever if you want it and dont need to have a dressing or you could have a lite dressing but ask them to just put a little on. There is a healthy option for you RIGHT there! the most weight i have ever lost in my life…
