Best - Saturday morning sleep in. In may or may not have been 10am when I rolled out bed. Worst - getting drenched in sudden freak storm. But actually aside from the fact I was wearing a white tank top and had to go into the shop that was kind of fun as well. It was so freakin hot here before that.

Yep. He was lovely. And still is a great guy. But I needed a man. And thankfully for both of us I did cause now we are both happy separately. His wife is perfect for him now. We just would of made each other miserable!

Me. I did this. I hit my weight. Was looking almost toned and then I just well got lazy. Let my self believe I was still doing good then I slacked off a little bit. Thankfully I caught it before it went too far. How do I stop it? Not sure yet.

Use oat milk instead? It's my milk of choice. Yum. I haven't noticed gruffness from it. But I tend to drink it right away. I get mine from the long life milk section in the supermarket but I know you can make it at home as well

Hi. Aussie ( western Sydney) recently lost about 20 kilos trying to tone. Newbie here!

Hmmm I noticed I started losing more weight when I started eating breakfast. I think it got me through the day better, hence less snacking and less grumpy cranky mummy better eat a block of chocolate so I don't burn the house down moments.
