About 13 years ago when I was a freshmen in Highschool I weighed about this much. I'm 27 now. The kicker for me is that I'm in smaller clothing so that is a rather nice feeling.

My warm up is somewhat cardio but otherwise I always do it afterward. I find I have more energy when doing lifts first.
