you can check in anytime between friday and monday. doesnt have to be same day every week. i sometimes check in sundays sometimes on mondays. so dont worry about it throwing things off, it wont!

dont beat yourself up! we all have bad days either food or exercise (hell even bad hair days lol) it doesnt matter. its just one day even if its a bad day here or there its still just one day! just pick yourself up dust yourself off and start anew tomorrow. my 3 year old nephew has aspergers and loves to sing to his nene (me) every day at least 5 times a day. he only knows the words to twinkle twinkle little star so when he sings the part "up above the world so high" he says "hubba hubba world so high" it makes my day when he sings to me, no matter what mood i am in it always…
