I have added stair climbing to my routine. And not on a machine, actual staris. Yesterday was my third day and omg my thighs are definitly burning today.

Slightly depressed... been exercising and eating decent... extra water..... so i should feel good right??? Well I feel very bloated... Stepped on the scale this morning just to see and I am up two pounds! :sad: :frown: :grumble:

Would love to comment on thread more but it is hard enough for me to find time to log everything. I am good to get it in here and on spreadsheet. I have four kids. Three of which are playing softball/baseball this year... Seems like they either have a game or practice everyday of the week!!!

Total for January ~ 72.56 miles Goal for February ~ 75 miles Feb 1 thru Feb 14 ~ 25.8 Taking it slow on goal right now. Have alot of things going on right now that need my attention.
