Was sick this weekend so didn't get much milage in and wasn't eating right. Although I have had a weight loss I attributing it to not eating much due to sore throat. I wear levi signature strause "think that is how it is spelt" low rise most of the time. I can wear the mid rise, but I have a short waist to hip ratio. Only about 3 inches from belly button to hip joint to play with.

Seems our goals are about the same. I would like to be at or below 200 by dec 1st also. I started my journey at the end of march and have lost aprox 29lbs. Which I am averaging 5lbs per month. Try zig zagging your calories. Eat below goal one day, at goal two days, and above goal one day. Try going back and forth like that…
