This! Once you start logging EVERYTHING you eat, you will realize how much you have been eating in the past. Its an eye opener. My husband and I would have a nice dinner of baked chicken, rice and veggies, but we would just dump it on the plate and maybe, (okay always), go back for seconds or thirds. We assumed we didn't…

Unless the wagon rolled over your legs and smashed them to bits, get back on it tomorrow. :)

Find out what food he doesn't like and start bringing it to him and act all offended when he rejects it. That or just toss the cupcake, although I'd hate to waste a perfectly good cupcake with buttercream icing. Yum!

Didn't Groucho Marx say something like, "If I said you had a beautiful body, would you hold it against me?"? So for...or against...I am confused...lol So long as its in my home and my DH, I am okay with it. We have a nude beach out here. Not a lot of people over there either.

I find when I start getting rid of certain foods, my motivation goes away as well. I am doing basically the same thing as you, and each week, seeing a loss. The only thing is making sure that everything is weighed and measured for accurate calorie counts. :flowerforyou:

You are seriously going to back this statement up with a YouTube video?

5'3" and have a job on my feet all day. Thought I was 5'5" and when I got measured and saw I was two inches shorter and knew it meant less food, I was so upset.

Than how did you gain weight? At some point, you had to eat more calories to gain weight and come here in the first place right? I cannot understand how people can say they can't eat more than 1200 unless its a one time thing, like being sick. I have 1400 on days off, with no workout, and 1600 or more on days that I work,…

Not trying to offend, but if its not okay for a thin person to tell a heavy person to stop hogging the machines and let a fit person have them, than its not okay to wish away a thin person because you don't like the way you look. Why not join Curves if your are uncomfortable with fit people working out?

Maybe he has tiny hands? Than he couldn't handle a 32oz coffee.

I can't believe Will_Thrust_For_Candy isn't listed yet. Not on my friend's list, but the username makes me laugh every time.

Guys help!! I keep binging on air!! I can't stop!! I've breathed in a whole 0 calories!! Will I still lose weight? Now I am upset and hyperventilating and sucking in more air! I will never lose weight like this.

Are you trolling than? My husband and I cannot afford a vacation away unless we wait for our taxes at the end of the year. I also opened a savings account and put a tiny amount away each check, in hopes of having enough for a vacation sometime soon. Where do you live? Before I got married, I used to take day trips…

Coffee only has like 2 calories in it. Its the heavy cream and sugar that make it higher in calories. I have 1 tablespoon of Sweet cream creamer in my coffee and only one cup a day,(or I get shaky), so I only use about 37 calories for it. I have to have my morning cup of coffee. :)

Yay! I love anything with curry or fish! Thanks!

I'd love the recipe for the coconut curry Tilapia! Looks amazing.

Is this an annoying sound?

If they are tailgating and won't back the eff off? Sure, but mostly I tap on my breaks a few times to tell them to just get into the left lane and pass me already.

So what are you saying about your own existence or anyone else here for that matter?

Wine gives me the munchies. I can't drink it anymore, even if its in my calorie range, because I will than snack on everything in sight.

Stuffed meat balls 16 oz 90% lean ground beef 3/4 cup bread crumbs 1 med egg 3 mozzarella sticks cut up into 5 pieces each Add whatever spices you want. Serve over pasta or rice. We had angel hair tonight. Also, if you have a gluten allergy, use oatmeal instead, but the calories will be different. Mix the bread crumbs, egg…

So will I and thank you as well to anyone who does this.

OMG! Too funny!! Maybe he will ski in it?

You could have two See's lollypops! 80 calories each.
-
That is a PERFECT name for it! :drinker:

You could make it in a skillet with a lid as well. Use coconut oil or olive oil rather than corn or veggie oil. Or you can still use a microwave and a brown paper bag if you don't have a hot air popper.
