I went from a DD to a C cup with about a 65lb loss. I have no desire for implants seeing as how I hated having DD to start with, but given my age and the effects of gravity over time combined with recent weightloss, I'm thinking about a lift. Will be interested to hear if others did it.

Just my personal experience, so take it for what you will.... I had high cholesterol along with high blood sugar, etc....all comes with PCOS and being overweight most of my adult life. Since I started this journey I haven't worried about what meats or fats (except trans) I eat other than to choose what keeps me within my…

That's awesome. You''re looking fabulous.

All of the above, plus learn the difference between being truly hungry and food cravings or thirst. Pay attention to your body over time and you'll learn the difference. Being unable to resist food and being hungry aren't the same thing. You'll be better able to resist overeating food, tough, if you don't let yourself get…

I have monster calves...it's how I'm built. I'm almost at goal and my right calf is still 14.5. Much better than the 17 I started at, but I'm short and thick that way (good peasant stock, I guess)and will never have small calves. I just have to accept that. Your remaining 30-40lbs should take care of the little extra you…

I use it for my smoothies, overnight oatmeal, etc. I've never liked "real" milk and I like the taste of almond milk. I get plenty of protein elsewhere in my diet, so I'm not concerned about that

I have no issues with "heck", but I'm with libbydoodle on irregardless

Mine's not open to the public, but it's open to friends. Add me if you like.

Agreed. I still like oversize shirts at the gym, though....not out of any shame, but I find them more comfy when lifting.
-
I dunno...cheesecake tastes pretty awesome :D

You feel better and healthier, so that's a good start. Without seeing your actual diary it's hard to say if you're going wrong on tracking/weighing, etc. It'll be said a hundred times on here, but it's the truth...if you aren't losing weight, you aren't in a calorie deficit or you need to see a doctor. At 1200 calories and…

I believe people can choose whatever types of roles work for them in their marriage as long as both are content with it and it's not abusive....the problem you're running into is you're changing it up and he's not coming along. Sounds like your beliefs and wants are changing and his, so far, are not. The only way he can…

If I work hard, I can definitely feel shaky and rubbery....have had my leg muscles do the wibble wobble on my way out the door a couple times, but not lightheaded or nauseous That sounds a bit like dehydration or overexertion to me

I do my lifting early in the morning before work....about 5am. I don't know that it's my best workouts, but if I wait until after work, I'm tired and lose motivation and am more likely to pass on the gym, so I do mornings. I'm definitely tighter in the morning and have to pay more attn to warming up.

Good work. It's a great feeling watching the pant sizes go down

Great work. You're looking good!

I think I get you. I really don't think it's a matter of hunger, it's a matter of your desire being satisfied. I'm not sure it ever completely happens, at least not for me. I have to self talk myself to convince I don't "need" the extra, I just "want" it. I like food. I like the taste of food. I like high calorie food. I…

Interesting...I commented that I can't imagine your body fat is that high and it's gone, but now I see you seem a little sensitive and must have misterpreted
-
I'm no expert, but looking at your pic, I have a hard time putting you at 26.9% bf, too. Of course I can't see your legs or anything else, but.....

Can't see your diary, so it's hard to say. With only 4lb left to lose on your ticker 1200 seems like a low calorie count

Stronglifts is probably the simplest thing to start with for newbies. It's pretty basic and not overwhelming. There are also good videos and instructions online. Personal training can be expensive, but an injury can be, too. If you are overwhelmed and really have no experience, getting a trainer for even a couple sessions…

Great job. Congrats

Fabulous!

I don't worry much about my fat. Some days I'm over and some days I'm under. I don't much concern myself with saturated, poly, mono, etc, though I do naturally eat a number of things that give me the mono and poly. The only thing I try to avoid is trans fat and as I don't often eat out or eat processed foods much, it's…

Awesome change in body comp. Keep up the good work

I know it's already been said, but it really does come down to pre-logging and making filling choices.....veggies, lean protein, and fiber. I don't think I go more than 2 hours ever without eating unless I'm asleep, but I pre-plan and pre-log my snacks generally and try to pick snacks that have some bang for their calories…

Why not just lose weight until you get to your goal and then maintain it? Why be heavier than you want and then have to lose 10lbs every so often so you can look how you want at a party or on vacay? As an aside....I should have stayed a teacher so I had 7-10 days to lounge around in bed drinking tea.

Whether it matters depends on the individual and on their goals. As noted, for weight loss only, the main thing is calories, but even for some macros will matter for that. I'm insulin resistant, so carbs and sugar matter. For some, they don't. For health, all your macros matter. I wouldn't (and I don't) stress out hitting…

Nice score. I love gingersnaps, but never think to buy them. On my grocery list now

I'd ask my doctor to refer me to a nutritionist or dietitian. That's a pretty comprehensive list
