Absolutely. Keep it up

I had that problem right after the MFP update, but it seems to be working today as I have adjustments from earlier in the week that weren't there yesterday.

Looking good. I've always wanted dimples, but it's not to be. I have wrinkles, but no dimples :)

Definitely a difference. Looking good

Hemp protein will add fibre and protein. Not as high in protein, but will help with adding bulk to maybe keep you full a little longer are chia seeds or hemp hearts.

Wow, wow, wow. Amazing job

'I tried swimming but it cost £22 a month and it meant I had to cut back on my favourite pizza and Chinese takeaways.' Lol....

Great job. Keep it up

Great job! Looking fabulous

I've been limping my wardrobe through this process through thrift shops cuz it's too damn expensive to keep up with the frequent size changes. Definitely some new clothes in my future...the kind that other people haven't donated and that still have store tags on them. Kind of a necessity/reward combo, but I think I'll…

That's awesome. Amazing difference in just a few months

Fabulous job

The little one serving cans of tuna are great to take along for snacking. I also default to them for lunches when I have no leftovers. My favorites are the basil or dill flavoured at 100 cals, but there are lots of other flavours and plain, too.

Looking good. Great job

Awesome! I bet that makes you both very happy  Keep up the good work!

Definitely a noticeable difference. Good job

Good job. You can achieve it. Keep it up.

I've lost over 60lbs and rarely have I been truly hungry during the process. You aren't eating enough if the last few days of your diary are any indication of your actual calorie consumption and you have gut growling hunger.

Great work. Good for you! When I look back at my fat pics I can very much see a difference, but not always when I look in the mirror. Our minds play tricks on us! This is also a good reminder that it has been a long time since I took any pics from the back view. Gotta get on that.

I dunno....just struck me that way

If you think you are a fat and disgusting for a one pound gain, it's unlikely any one on here will convince you otherwise, but I'll try...try to look at the process differently...it's a process and it takes time. You are by no means fat and disgusting from what I see, so with all respect, work on your thinking about…

I can def see some progress, so good work. For future reference, tmi clothing there

You look great! Weightlifting along with continuing to lower you bf will help with the muscle definition but I haven't found a cure for the loose skin yet. No amount of "toning" will do that for me, I'm afraid.

I hadn't given that much thought, but that's a good visual. Now I wanna go find something that weighs 60 lbs and carry it around for a while to remind myself

I was travelling for work and turned on the news channel while I was getting dressed in the morning...they were reporting about the first plane and I continued to watch, then the second plane hit. I never watch the news in the morning. Don;t know why I turned it on that day. Was tough for anyone to sit through the training…

Wow, fabulous! Great work.

I don't know what to attribute the cholesterol drop to aside from exercise and the weight loss overall. I eat eggs and don't track saturated or unsaturated fats, etc though, though I do try not to get trans fats if I can avoid it. I generally eat a lot of fish and lean meats like chicken&turkey, but I did that before this…

Excellent work. Congrats

There are commonly links between food and migraines, but it was never the case with me. Had migraines that started as a child. Years of doctoring, neurologists diaries, tests, etc, etc and never found a link to food, PMS, or anything. I\d get migraines that knocked me down for 3 days at a time and sometimes put me on a…
