Depends who grew them and where....from my own garden I yank them out and eat them dirt and all....little rub in the grass and good to go. From a supermarket, I'd probably get rid of the dirt cuz I don't know where it came from.

I buy Silk almond and it doesn't have any big warnings. Somewhere in small print it says it's fresh 7-10 days after opening, but I've used it long after that. I don't use milk much other than in smoothies and overnight oatmeal, so it takes me a while to use 2L. Haven't had any ill effects.

Great job. Keep it up

Started for health. Feeling more attractive is an added bonus

I've only been lifting a few months and my legs don't suffer like they did the first few weeks. I do squats at every workout, but I'm not quickly increasing my load. About every week or two I add 5 lbs instead of every workout. I only get some mild DOMS after the days I increase the load. It's nothing like the suffering I…

I'm 5'2" with my settings at lightly active. My calorie goal is 1420 and I lose a steady 1lb per week at that. This week, 3lb for some bizarre reason....maybe some water weight or maybe more active than usual. I just hit a goal adjustment loss again, but decided to leave my cals where they were for a few weeks to see if I…

I never did find anything that worked for my migraines aside from a visit to emerg for heavy drugs. There were no trigger food or situations or anything to work with. I was on Amitriptyline which reduced the frequency, but I still had a few down and dirty knock me out migraines per year that would put me in emerg. I say…

Looking good. Great job.

I can't shorten my waist and I'm aiming to keep my butt round and not lose it, so these style jeans are out for me then. I'd be interested to hear more about where I find bootylicious underwear, though =)

I may have to give them up...good thing they're hand me downs. I feel like I'm falling out of my pants all day

It won't give you a calorie burn under strength training. Probably because it would be a random guess at how many calories any given person burns in each particular lifting activity. It's only there for tracking as far as I can see. If you log it under cardio as strength training in general, it will give you a calorie burn…

I suspect you aren't gaining a lot of muscle on 1500 calorie intake. I'm a 5'2 female and eat almost that with a 500 cal deficit

Great job. Looking fabulous

I had my gallbladder out a couple years ago. I wasn't on a weightloss journey then, so I don't know how it may have affected that. It did not, however, have an impact on my weight one way or the other at the time, so I don't see that it would be much of a factor in your progress aside from needing to take it easy on…

Then definitely get back on the horse...literally and figuratively:laugh:

I went to Vegas for a week when I was about a month into starting. Being early in my start, it could have been a good excuse to go off the rails, so I wanted to stay mostly on track. I just made a point of making the best choices I could in restaurants. It's not easy when eating out, but I tried to eat smaller portions,…

You look lovely

I guesstimate the best I can when I eat out. I try to err on the high side. I only log my actual water, though I know if I have some tea or a pop, it counts as fluid, too.

In so I can watch later at home

I'm planning a tattoo....and shopping, but mostly a tattoo. The shopping will be necessary and the tattoo just for fun. I always wanted a big tattoo that started low on my back, worked its way to my shoulder and then turned into a sleeve or something along those lines. Never did it cuz I figured it wouldn't go well with…

I can definitely ee a difference. Great job. Keep it up.

I really have no idea or personal experience as I've never one a cleanse or fast. 10 days of 700 calories f brown rice would probably have me following it up with a prison diet as someone would have gotten hurt. That said, I don't think you've done irreparable damage in 10 days. If you eat sensibly you may gain a little…

This... If I notice a discrepancy, I usually just edit the entry so I know which one to pick out next and move on. I will also look for entries that say (Canada) as that's where I gt my food and the nutritional values are sometimes a bit different and more accurate for what I have than the non Canada ones...Sometimes…

I can't overeat anymore....well, I can, but I suffer much more for it than I used to and I really don't enjoy it. If the suffering for you was hitting sooner, I'd say get your gallbladder checked out, but not suffering until the day after doesn't seem to fit that.

I'm 5'2" and down 43 lbs. Goal weight of 130, but may adjust higher or lower once I get closer. I still have a ways to go, but I haven't hit any plateaus. No advice on remaining pounds aide from keep going as I'm not there yet

Interesting...I was off by two sizes too big. I'm 2 pictures smaller than I thought.

Thanks, now I want a cinnnabon. Fortunately my city doesn't have one

I lost about 25 or 30 before a lot of people started commenting. Whether or not they noticed earlier, I don't know. At first it was cool to get the recognition even if it wasn't my motivation for starting, but now I'm down 40 every second person comments and it's getting a little old. Mostly annoying because they all ask…

I log it under cardio just to have something logged for accountability, but I only put it as 1 calorie. I keep track of my weight, sets, reps, in a notebook of my own. Too tedious to log it all on here. I've adjusted my calorie goal to account for lightly active, so I don't need to log my calories
