Wow I had no idea you could do this. I never get a cheeseburger always a hamburger but since I didn't know the calories saved I would just count the whole calorie count.

Here is what I have and recommend Gold's Gym Cardio Boxing - Definitely gives you a good workout. Does not include weight training though My Fitness Coach - This is works basically like an adaptive exercise DVD. These definitely give a good workout though and you can tell the game if you have a step, weights, or exercise…

I'm a single Dad of a 6,4 and 1.75 year old. They definitely keep me busy. One way I fit in exercise into my busy schedule is having the kids exercise with me. They have fun and it teaches them good habits.

Um, if he had this don't you think he'd be spending more time working on getting his Nobel Prize than unveiling it on an internet forum. Of course this has been done plenty of times before, Einstein for example

I'm going to have to respectfully decline. I've read quite a bit about Mr. Hovind already.

One thing I've never seen happen is someone change their world view by something posted on a message board. At the end of the day all of our beliefs about the universe stem from what fits best into our life.

I would also suggest fajitas wihtout tortillas and cheese. If meat is grilled its pretty low in calories. I made fajitas at home a couple days ago and didn't realize they were 150 cals each. Again a reminder to log my food before I eat it.

Depending on what exactly is the concern I would suggest two things. Maintain a positive attitude and try to be cheerful. What we often attribute to bad spirits may be a reflection of what's within If there is an actual environmental concern in your home that you believe evil spirits are behind you may want to do things…

I love reading to my kids, and having them read to me as well. It was always a happy memory for me as a kid. It definitely instills a love of reading and learning in them.

Don't set your calories too low, and eat back your exercise calories. This methodology works as is shown by all the success stories from people on this site including me. You can set your calorie goal to 1.5 / wk or even 2 but if you're eating 1200 and not eating the exercise calories back your net calories will be too…

Might as well! You look younger too.

Don't feel guilt feel optimism. Tomorrow is a new day to get back to doing things right. It won't matter too much anyway. 2000 would probably be around what you would need to maintain anyway so its not like you're going to gain any weight. Sometimes on days I didn't stick to my calorie cound I would find that the next time…

LOL, yeah it kinda helps

You know just because it's the morning doesn't mean it HAS to be breakfast type food. Anything that he may enjoy at lunch or dinner that isn't sugar rich may be a good idea. I usually eat fruit for breakfast but if I have leftovers from last night I'll eat them as breakfast.
-
Not really, obviously if you stayed under your calorie goal you'd still lose weight but you'd be working against yourself by eating food that has no nutrients. Pure sugar is one of the worst ways to get your energy because you'll crash and burn. I like protein the best because it satiates your hunger the longest or so it…

Take up cooking, healthy food is as much fun to cook as unhealthy. You may find yourself looking forward to crafting new dishes that are good for you. Find a new physical hobby to get into. It's harder in the winter but outdoor activities are always something fun to try.

Try making things in a slow cooker. Nothing beats coming home to a great smelling meal waiting for you when you come home from work.

I also like of Mice & Men. I didn't like The Pearl really either. Never read the Grapes of Wrath though.

I love books, I even enjoyed the books they make you read in high school english class. The only book I ever read I couldn't stand was "The Great Gatsby". I know its considered a great example of American Literature but I just don't get why its so revered.

Well not at once, but yeah except for the leaves at the top. The juicer can easily handle the rind. It just throws it out the back.
-
Yeah, I just like to keep prep to a minimum when I juice. I don't know if you have your Breville yet but a lot of things you can throw in there whole. Apples, pineapple, even cherries I'll just throw in whole. That's why I like juice better than smoothies. Less prep.

I walk for half an hour during lunch break. I'll do a 45/60 minute workout with my kids or after they go to bed. You can find the time, I'm a single father and I manage it.

Don't feel too bad. You already know what to do. Just do what you had been doing. Get back on track and in two months you'll be back where you were. Ain't nothing to it but to do it.

That does sound good

Some good things to juice - Spinach, Kale, Chard, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Collards, ginger, lemons, limes, oranges, melons, pears, grapes, and strawberries Some things not to juice Mangoes - too much work you won't be able to grind the backbone inside Beets - These are too tough Pomegranate - I made this mistake, unless you…

I really like juicing. It gives you a lot of energy and the taste is pretty good if you mix it with some fruit. I do half veg half fruit. A glass is typically 200 calories based on how I make it. I'll only do two glasses a day as I'm not looking to do a radical weight loss and actually I was concerned about the balance in…
