In theater, we watched Captain America: The Winter Soldier. It was an awesome movie. In our home, we watched Hachiko Monogatari. Classic. Very touching. I cried.

I never tried bringing my dog to the gym but I know people who, just like what other people have already said here, registered their dogs as therapy or something.

For me, it's an escape. IMO, job is a stressful thing. Any jobs give you stress. I already have a job and I surely love it but I don't need another one. Hehe.

I was never a morning person but with my determination and motivation to lose weight and feel great the rest of the day, I became a morning person. If I did it, you can do it too!

In my own personal experience, I always eat before I workout because I feel dizzy if I don't. I eat 30-60 minutes before working out.

If you drink too much coffee, you should also drink plenty of water. I drink coffee too (moderately, not as much as you drink) because I think that one of the things that keeps me alive and lively everyday. Hehe. So cheers!

Yeah, losing weight is a tough thing to do. Patience and determination are needed to reach your certain goal. No pain, no gain. It's all worth it once you have reached your targeted weight. Keep going!

I'm more comfortable with grams. Other than that, sometimes I find it really confusing and it ruins whatever I am cooking.

My nephew was so thin before but after going to the gym he became buff. He told me that he was under a gaining program. He had his own gym instructor who helped him do the proper way of exercising and proper food to eat.

I envy those people who can eat what they want to without getting bigger/fatter. I'm really curios what's going on inside their body that keeps their figure the way they want it to be.
