so ya messed up... but you caught yourself! you didn't just fall straight back in to the point of no return. do your best to get back on track. It's okay to spoil yourself every once in a while. As long as you eat healthily a majority of the time and get back to working out. I believe in you :3

I don't think I"ll be able to do that in 10 months, but if you don't mind me asking, what did you do?
-
I'll keep that in mind. Thank you.

that wasn't aggressive at all. When I'm at the gym back at college, i lift weights every other day. I don't have any weight at home, just an eliptical. (home for summer break). i'm going to try my best to keep this lifestyle when I reach my goal. I do my best to eat the right amount each day, and I'm usually close to it…

i'd say about a month. It was back in middle of June.
-
my calorie deficit is 1200 calories. It takes me about a week and a half to lose 1 pound...
-
is it one of those things where the more you have to lose, the easier it is to lose it? cuz, yea, 60 lbs is straight to my goal.
-
no i never eat THAT much
-
double post
-
this made me so happy thank you so much! I'm saving this link so i can watch it whenever her attitude gets to me!
-
i wasn't even asking for a friend, i'm asking for myself.
-
I find myself asking this a lot. It's just hard because she's the friend I hand around the most. And sometimes I realize her negativity is rubbing off on me.... other times it gets to me.
-
LOL
-
you are inspiration~ heck, everyone here is. Thank you so much for giving answers you guys!
-
Basically I take all my fruits and veggies and blend them up. There is no chewing unless I get a chunk of something that didn't blend too well. And I don't add any donuts and pizza, haha.
-
Alright, thanks you guys! I really appreciate it :) Yea at college (where I lost a majority of my weight) I ate whatever I want, it was just automatically portioned for me so I was able to control it better than I have been here at home.
-
I'm sorry that happened. I'm glad you're doing better. Thank you for sharing your experience.
-
no q.q i would never want anything bad to happen to her, which is why I tried telling her mom/brothers. But they don't care. And she won't listen to me.
-
I'm sorry you went through that. This post meant a lot to me. I may actually show this to my friend as well.
-
but i'm not being passive aggressive. I'm not looking for pity. I'm just giving my honest responses to what people suggest. I am looking for advice, but sometimes things aren't always so black and white. You're the one kinda being passive aggressive....

I have. But saying that is like telling every psych major they need to be perfect and not have any disorders or ever consider doing something stupid. I have not met a single psych professor or therapist who has not struggled, or continued to struggle, in their own way. Don't get me wrong... overall I understand it's…
-
of course i do. Before and after work.
-
nah they are right b/c my state DOES have that law.
-
I actually was never -expecting- him to fix it? It was all stuff he told me as I was telling him about job and when I asked him for advice. I never EVER commanded or begged him to "close down the mean ppl's business" I'm used to my dad's "tough love" advice. I expect it from him.
-
wowzers i should totally listen to your advice and follow your example of being a jerk <3 And no, my dad isn't "teaching" me anything other than to put up with it. Which is what I'm doing.
-
don't think I can really do it every hour, but thank you I appreciate it.
-
He says it's "Not his job" since it's outside of his district and that I should just wait for someone else to say something #1 dad award, am i right
-
i guess I just don't get why it's so funny
-
q.q that made me smile idk... maybe I'll try bringing lunch again... or maybe just pack a smoothie... I know it's stupid... i'm afraid to speak up. I tried talking to my dad (who is an inspector, so it's his JOB to close places like this) about it and he said "oh just deal with it til you go back" ... so i've just been…

I don't see how this doesn't have to do with fitness and exercise? Because, before posting this, I thought "Could this have to do with posture?" "Could this have to do with needing to work on more intense stomach exercises?" hhmmmm seems to have to do with fitness and exercise.... I'd understand you laughing if I had said…
