I'm not sure what brand you're buying, but WishBone Light Sweet & Spicy French has 30 cal per tablespoon and 2 gr. sugar- NOT HighFructoseCornSyrup (which I avoid) I also make my own Catalina with Hunt's Ketchup, vinegar and stevia in the raw. I'll send the recipe to anyone interested.

who says you have to sweat for it to be considered *real* exercise? I'm still in recovery mode from a head on collision, and I'm not breaking a sweat, but I'm working muscles, toning and strengthening them I have a balance board I stand on while watching TV.

UPDATE: made this for a covered dish dinner using white cake mix and added spices to it ( cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves- to taste), still using margarine (Imperial is what I had on hand) THEN logged the recipe later. Spice cake was a much BETTER choice- lower in all categories :ohwell: live and learn
