  • Something similar just happened to me! I ate more than I usually would have (over my calories... but not too too much) and had a loss. I also took the weekend off of exercise. All I can say is I am not complaining :)

  • wow you look awesome!!! total hottie now
  • I am 5'4.5 and currently weight 124 lbs. I just changed my new goal to 115 instead of 120 so now I have 9 lbs to go!! I eat 1300-1350 cals per day (I also eat most if not all of my exercise calories back). My breakdown of nutrients is 40% Carbs/ 30% fat/ 30% protein. Hopefully this helps :) Created by MyFitnessPal.com -…
  • Originally I was thinking 120 lbs, but now that I am 124 lbs I am considering lowering it to 115. I just really want to tone up at this point so I am not too concerned about my number on the scale... that is as long as it doesn't creep upwards  Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
  • Haha the alcohol thing made me sad also... but sometimes you have to do things that suck to get what you really want
  • What is your advice for eating out?
  • First of all, thank you guys for all the support and comments!! I did the calculation online, so I suppose it could be off. I will definitely try changing my goal to 0.5lb/week (it is set at 1lb/week now). I always eat my exercise calories back. I will also try upping my weights. What is a good weight to start with?
  • When this happens to me I usually have a 5 cal Jell-O with some tea. Or I have a serving of veg (like cucumber or celery). Surprisingly this seems to do the trick for me!
  • 1. 20 years old (well... I turn 20 this weekend) 2. hour glass (curvy) 3. I was losing quite easily at first with a balanced diet (as best I could, I would often go over on my sugar from eating too much fruit) 1200 cals/day. Then as I got closer to my goal it became harder. I decided to start exercising regularly and also…
