I'm guessing that it is probably too late..... but I am a believer in feeding yourself when you are that hungry. If you had only had 2 shakes up to that point in the day, I'm sure your body needed energy, so a snack would tide you over until dinner. For me, protein tends to keep me full, so a snack like yogurt or hard…

I agree... If that was just one day, it doesn't count! I've read a couple interesting things lately about the frequency for weighing in. One source said people who weigh daily are more successful. Another suggested weighing daily and averaging all of the readings for the week. I really like that idea but am not consistent…

What about a little mini circuit, such as jumping jacks, squats, crunches, and push ups? That's just an example, but I know that I like to mix it up and not do the same exercise over and over every day for a week.
