Don't worry about eating more. Your metabolism is in high gear. Just make sure you calorie count. If I go over by 100 calories, I don't pinch myself too much. If you don't mind me asking, how many calories are you allowed a day? Don't forget to eat your running calories btw!

I found a blackberry app called C25k... How exactly do the apps work, like how do they know when I should slow/speed/stop? Good, usually I'm like, I'll just do a mile, but then once I've whipped my *kitten* for a mile, I don't mind walking the second. haha!!! Tell me more about these apps?

I almost did 1 mile in 15 mins today... I did .98 in 15. So I came very close... I couldn't have been more impressed with myself. I understand what you mean by that flow. I also wonder why some days suck for running? WTF is up with that???

Well see that's what I read... so my sodium intake stays (usually between 1500-2000, which I heard is high? I <3 rice...) so I drink a lot of water to flush some of it out... I drink about 5-12 glasses a day... I fear flushing out my nutrients... so I try to drink... a cup of like G2 or V8 daily as well.

I just turned down a Snickers Ice Cream Bar for a whole plate of salad. It has more calories, because I'm literally having a **** ton of salad... BUT at least, it's better for me.
