I may be weird but I weigh all my chicken breasts and then cook them all at once. After they're cooked I put them in ziploc bags and write the weight of the pieces on the bag. Typically mine are all 10oz, 8oz, or 6oz, so if I grab a piece from the bag with a 10 on it, I know each piece is 10 ounces.

No longer taken. Back to being single.

WTH did you people do?

I get a couple FR a week. Maybe I'd get more if I showed a little moob. Likely not, though.

Walk up and tuck a dollar in the front of a girl's pants. Know what that is? It's all you can eat for under a buck. I admit to having used that on more than one occasion.

I hit 5'10" and 240lbs. in middle school and stayed the same through high school and college. At my biggest I was 292lbs. Now down to 251.

I like the Larabars a lot. Usually eat one every day. They're pretty healthy. Mostly fruit, nuts, and sea salt with the occasional chocolate chip.

I prefer bubble baths to showers, and still use Mr. Bubble. My girlfriend can't help but ask really loudly if I got enough Mr. Bubble to last me through the week, when we're in a crowded store. I really hate her sometimes.

Daguq am I watching, and why do I like it?

You take that back right now!

I'm not judging, but how does one "accidentally" eat 3000 calories? Were they servin up cinnabon or somethin? ETA: I had a Taco Bell Holocaust happen the other day and ended up eating around 1400 calories of it. It sure wasn't an accident though. I knew exactly what I was doing.

Err No. I gotsta get my potassium from somewhere. I have a banana, usually blended into my protein shake, nearly every day.

I just started this week doing a 5:2 and 16:8 at the same time. I upped my calorie goal from a 1000 calorie deficit to under a 500 deficit. It's only been 1 week, but already I'm eating more and burning more fat. I can't see anything wrong with that.
-
I'm a big boy to start with. I also watch my intake very closely, work my butt off, and have never "eaten back" an exercise calorie.

I agree this show has some issues but seriously, this article is stupid. 1. It's in Cracked and not a real publication for a reason. 2. Nobody who watches this show is interested in seeing two large people porking in the bushes. Just no. 3. She claims that the 12 pound numbers are actually over a span of 3 weeks. That…

First month was 23 pounds for me.

I don't know about everyone else here, but I'm gettin paid 6 figures to do it too. One of the perks of not assuming I had everything in the world figured out at 18yo and actually, like, learning things.

Heh. Yeah it took me a while to figure out that one could actually stop drinking Southern Comfort when there was still Southern Comfort to be drank. Who knew?
-
lol THIS. So much this. If I had the knowledge I have now and the energy, free time, and lack of responsibility I had at 18, I could have been dropping weight like a madman. Even as it is, I'm a 33 year old with busted up knees and lost way more than 16 measly little pounds in the first month.
-
Seems like an excessive focus on abs too. FFS, it's not that big of a muscle group.
-
it can be done, if you're dead set enough on doing it. I've lost 37 pounds now in 2 months (4.6lb. a week average). That's with setting myself up on a -2lb. a week deficit, not eating back a single exercise calorie, and drinking oceans of water.

Man I want carrier pidgeons! Maybe I could convince my parakeet to make herself useful.

Somebody clearly hasn't attempted to buy .40 caliber rounds during a wholly manufactured "shortage".

I am to an extent. I've always had a bugout bag. I keep a case of MREs and I have a weapons and ammo stash that would give Obama the sh*ts.

Quite often people on these forums use lifting as an excuse to eat a ton of carbs and sugar the night before or the day they lift. I find it ridiculous. I've had many days where I ended with several hundred extra calories uneaten, on a 2lb sedentary deficit. Still managed to get off my rear and get 'er done that next day.…
-
Bulking, sure. Weightlifting, nope. More people need to suck it up and stop being a nancy. You don't NEED to be on a sugar rush to lift. At least I don't.

Well I'm not sure what meaningful debate can be had if all you're going to do is deny the existance of anything that doesn't fit into your little manufactured world. ____ don't real! Only feels! is a real good argument tactic if you're on Tumblr, but otherwise it's just silly. For your next trick will you be denying the…

Interesting. Sounds an awful lot like what happens when people refuse to accept a common and well known term or terms. Also known as the get your stupid facts out of my reality distortion field argument.
