So what exactly is a "serving"? A cup? I usually have at least 4 cups of veggies just at dinner. A few more during the day, and a banana or something with my breakfast shake.

Why would you drain and rinse ground turkey? There's barely any fat in there to begin with, and it's not like fat is a bad thing.

I won't list it all out here, but let's just say I could frequently spend $25 at Taco Bell for myself. As cheap as that garbage is, that's an insane amount of food.

Oh man. They are delicious. Normally found near the protein bars and stuff. They're basically fruit and nuts combined to make different flavors like Chocolate Chip or Peanut Butter Cookie. Around 220 calories a piece. I typically have one every day. http://www.larabar.com/

Most days I have a protien shake and a banana, but today I was all out of bananas and had a leftover chicken breast. Chopped up the chicken breast and mixed it in with 2 scrambled eggs and 2 Tbsp of picante sauce. It turned out pretty good.

The folks on my FL are awesome, and make this whole trek a lot more bearable. It also helps me to not drive my girlfriend completely insane with my obsessing. Probably 98% of my friends are redditors from /r/loseit, but I've found some great people on here as well.

What can I say? I'm a terrible person. Actually I don't steal hers much any more, except the cinnamon soy puffs. Those things are delicious. Otherwise, there are a few things she bought a box or two of and decided she didn't like so I take care of it for her.

Walking is great, like others have said. You can always modify normal moves to do at home. Instead of jumping jacks, do half-jacks where you step an alternating foot out to the side. Do lunges. Can't really say I was ever bullied. In high school I got pushed into a lot of fights I'd rather not have had. High School is a weird place and I think some people have a prison mentality or something that makes them want to pick a fight with the biggest guy around. Actually if your goal is losing weight and you find yourself 400 calories below at the end of the day and not hungry you DO get extra points for not being a complete dork and drinking a full glass of liquid sugar that's just going to make you crave more sugar.

Not even really a diet-y food, but I've found I'm pretty addicted to broccoli now. I can easily take down massive quantities of steamed broccoli at dinner time and not rack up many calories at all.
