I get a 16 oz. bottle of water and some Dasani flavor drops and keep filling my bottle whenever it's empty. 4 bottles is your 8 servings of water per day and it's never a bad thing to go over! When I was younger the rule in our house was "If you don't eat what's for dinner, you don't eat at all". It worked on me as a kid, not so sure how it would work on a grown man though! lol

You need a good source of protein, not just green beans. Protein is what keeps you fuller longer. Any kind of lean meat and more than one veggie (I would add some fruit in there as well). And for the snack I usually go for the almonds or a Tbsp. of peanut butter, but I try to do this post workout so I don't feel the need…
