I do too. I had to quit because my husband despises it and it's a pricey, stinky habit. But I'll still occasionally buy a secret pack and keep it at work for when I get uber stressed/angry.

Cardiotrainer for android. No idea if iphone has it. But I log and track all my workouts and there's an icon in the notification bar that shows you how much cals you have burned weekly and that helps keep me motivated. If you get past 1000 cals or something, it turns gold. <3 All those apps that sync with myfitnesspal…

I have the same model and you can either try putting your strap alone through a washing machine cycle. If THAT doesn't work, change the watch batteries. Mine now works again! It used to do the same thing, so either of these ways can fix it.

For some reason, mine asked me twice. I don't even know. We were so young and stupid. Once on his bed without a ring [maybe that one doesn't count, huh?] and then outside of his parent's house standing next to my old car, this time with a ring. A promise ring, but ring nonetheless. Again, emphasis on young and stupid, we…

I used to know the 50 states song.. but it's been a while. :(

"Non scale victory". Like when an old smaller pair of pants fit, or you resisted something decadent! :)

Nuh uh. It's your daily activity so when MFP asks what activity level you are at, I would say 'lightly active'. That way, it factors in your job and sets your calorie intake to reflect it. In my opinion, any workout should only be intentional. i.e. gym, outdoor activities. I don't believe in all the cleaning and cooking…

I would try a metabolism reset, like you mentioned. Go on maintenance to reset for about 2 weeks. I did it for a month since I'm huge, and I'm feeling alot better.

Once upon a time, I would've been bitter and turned my nose up to it, but now that I'm older, I'll totally watch it. The female form is beautiful, as are the costumes to me! The models work hard to get there, the good way or the bad way but nonetheless, it'll be cool to watch. :)

I watched the past season without Jillian; only Bob and Dolvett. I was.. kinda stunned at how it was so fricken dramatic. Nothing but cat fights and the team members purposely doing things to get someone they didn't like voted off. I was kind of curious to watch one more time since Jillian will be back, but.. your points…

I'm 230 and I've been planning to give it a shot. Granted, I've been hardcore putting it off since I'm terrified of Jillian.. From what I've gathered from my friends doing it, be suuuuper careful with the squats. At my size, when I used to do squats, I did it wrong thus giving me epic knee pain. I too have heard people…

I would very much like to muff punch Gwyneth Paltrow. Female douche bag.

I usually get one. My company also throws a huge annual Xmas party up at headquarters in New York, but I never go.

Sitting in front of a computer screen allllll day. And being bored. I finish my work in no time no matter how long I drag it along and still manage to finish with HOURS of time left in the work day. Luckily, I can bring my laptop with me and goof around but still.. there's only so much time you can surf the web with a numb…

Someone told me on an episode of Jersey Shore, they talking about taking 'cologne baths' or something, and one guy said he once went 3 weeks or something crazy without showering. That's when I remembered why I never watch reality TV.

1. Alice in Zombieland. Can't remember the author. Hey, the title made me raise eyebrows too but it was actually reeeally good. /shrug 2. Virals by Kathy Reichs. She's behind the show "Bones" so the book was amazing. Couldn't put it down! And FYI? DON'T read The Maze Runner. Sooo dumb.

Sounds dumb and impossible, but I think I knew before I even loved him. We just happened to be IMing on Aim and were talking about our lives and trivial teenage things, but whenever I think back, that convo just always is the first thing that pops up.

A marine biologist or owning my own little bakery. On complete opposite sides of the spectrum, but my passions are just odd. I just plain love animals and dessert. <3

ARM VEINS. Second to that, a muscular back. :)
