HELP!! I have not shredded since last Thursday and honestly probably won't have the opportunity until next Tuesday. We are going out of town Friday to Monday. Should I pick back up with where I left off on Level 2? I just don't know that I could start the whole 30 days over again. Soooo dissapointed with myself :sad:

Didn't shred today... had to get up really early to take my husband to work and then we went to the Zoo and out to dinner at one of my favorite places. Back to shredding tomorrow AM.

Completed Day 2 of Level 2 last night and then Day 3 of Level 2 today. It is not getting any easier, but happy for the focus on abs. sculptandtone- I have wondered the same thing. Anyone do the work out twice in one day?

Hey everyone! So I got better with my eating this weekend, but didn't shred at all becuase we were out of town. Slept in this morning, but planning on doing Day 12, Day 2 of Level 2 tonight.

TOTALLY fell off the wagon today... didn't shred, didn't go to the gym and ate about 800 calories over my goal today :sad: Just have had a few ****ty days and everything just caught up with me today. Day 6 Complete. This weekend is going to be a challenge because we are going camping all weekend. I am attempting to bring a small DVD player and my weights, but we will see how things end up. Hoping for a good weekend, but we will see. Have a great weekend.

I am using 3 pound weights for most moves, but I have 5 pounders for the dumb bell rows and the chest flys. I have no idea how you are doing all moves with the 5's. I would be dying!!
