30 Day Shred is awesome. Right now I'm doing Ripped in 30 and it's great too! I use 3 pound weights but a lot of people use 5 pound.

Drink mixes that you mix into water.. A lot of drink mixes are made with aspartame which I can't have, but there are some without. Target has some great all natural ones made by Archer Farms. Walmart has some made with stevia. There's still a few calories but not a ton. :)

Liquid sugar free coffee mate creamer.. It's got about 15 calories, but it is sweet by itself (despite what my mom thinks. Ha!)
