@LBuehrle8 - lovely photo in your avatar  - not sure if it's new as I can't see the avatars when I'm on my phone but I'm using my PC this morning.

Yup! I have to have the duvet tucked under my feet. But I also sleep in socks for a completely different reason - my feet get cold quickly and get really bad cramps if I don't :(

I love supernatural too! Possibly one of the few that doesn't freak me out to be honest.
-
That's nice :-)

I was not impressed either but to be honest it is not very ambitious music event anyway, soooo cheesy at times! and the votes - you can easily predict who will give the best scores to whom (not sure about grammar here?) I bet Graham will mock the point allocations all the way x

Confession: I am watching Eurovision Song Contest with my girls and enjoy it, it reminds me a lot of my childhood when me and my sister would stay up way past our usual bed time to watch it and to have a glimpse of Europe, being raised in Poland in the 80-ies :-)

When I was 12 or 13 my best school friend told me you can summon devil by looking in the mirror and calling his name 3 times, then she started to call... I was in tears begging her to stop after she said it for the second time. I was petrified!

I confess to be a great coward when it comes to horror movies - anything with ghosts, aliens and other supernatural evil beings scares me to death! I don't like watching these as I find myself too afraid to get up to use toilet during the night and I have to have all lights on around the house... even then if I go…

^^that!

We are catching up with Supernatural tonight, they have done that in previous series too

Thank you both! Mo, I hope Owen will come back to you soon.

What are you watching? I was feeling the same recently!

He is definitely not a better parent because of that, don't beat yourself up. All parents need some 'me' and 'us' time to have abreak ans also to enjoy their adult relationship. Having time away just the two of you is important, even for couple of hours at a time. Hope you will be able to organise it and enjoy each other…

Interesting topic :-) I'm 37, 168cm and my weight is about 126-127pounds. I just started adding up 50-60 calories a week to get to my maintenance,I'm currently at 1390 and going up. I have my mfp set at sedentary as I have a desk job mostly and drive almost everywhere, I do about 3k steps on my usual day. I also try…

Thank you all for kind words about our rabbit. Like someone said recently you are a lovely bunch of people here, so supportive and I feel like I have known some of you for a long time, just reading your posts!

I'm like this, once I start I just can not put it away!
-
I had to read it twice as I thought you make your sister play with your hair and your boyfriend :p
-
so sorry to read this :( it must be hard for you. Hugs! I really had no idea how difficult it is to deal with a loss of your pet until today - previously we had a dog when I was a teenager and it was put to sleep when I was already moved out of the family home and at uni so it did not get to me as much as it could. This…

my daughter has a natural wave to her hair and it always looked big and bushy when she brushed it; our hairdresser's advice was to stop brushing, just towel dry it and 'crunch it' with a bit of hair mousse- let it dry naturally; you can also use few drops of serum to stop it from getting frizzy.

LOL love it!

Everyone is different and you shouldn't blame yourself for not being able to commit to a caring role other people can. Nothing to be ashamed of. It is a huge commitment and I admire people who can do it long term. It is important for the informal carers to look after their own health too! Also for some people move into a…

Happy birthday! Have whatever you want, it is your birthday and only happens once a year :)
-
sorry for your loss :( cherish your memories.

That's what I do when we have my 8yo daughter's friends around - they play together, sometimes get laptop/tablet and I feed them before they go back home...

That's kind of what I opted for, sedation. They give you an injection in your arm and it's like you are drunk, you are awake but don't remember anything afterwards. Sure if you do it before noon you may get some funny looks from your neighbours when your husband/partner must walk you to the door but it is worth it!

I was like that too,to the point I avoided dentist for years (I had my tooth taken out when I was 5 or 6 and it was a traumatic experience with a nurse and my mum holding me down for it!)... until we moved to UK and I finally decided to give in, went for a full check up and had most of the fillings done under sedation.…

Grammar nazi here too! What gets me is the plural spelled with apostrophe like cat's or even worse: mommy's not mommies! C'mon it's not a rocket science! People at work often ask me how to spell words and it's not even my first language...

That's my thoughts too
