Thank you all so much for the encouragement and such kind words. I was 10 seconds away from losing my *kitten* and a serious binge. However, I went for an amazing walk with Bassnectar in my ears and determination in my heart. I tracked everything I ate, EVERYTHING! I feel so much better <3 :)

I am fun sized(5'1) @ 249 today! yay I walk as fast as I can possibly go, with out breaking into a run, lol. I have 2 different inclines in my neighborhood that are crossed over 4x to complete the 2 miles...... Trying to build into that run though!

I definitely appreciate you all posting and sharing insight. Its very easy to get defensive and I'm sorry about that! I just want to get these pounds off!!!! But yes! that this is something new- with the cups! I will begin to weigh vs, measure my food asap! Lesson learned, and thanks again!

I use healthstatus.com to cross reference my calories burned, always choosing the lower amount. I am also extremely meticulous when it comes to logging in my food as well as measuring and weighing. I used to bake. I was very good at it too! I used to take cupcakes and breads to share at my church and people would question if I actually baked for a living or would tell me that they saved up a days worth of carbs to enjoy one of my delicious treats. the best advice that I can give, I agree with everything that everyone is saying but I do feel like you might need to learn to value yourself a little more. Once you learn just how amazing you are, you will no longer waste time on people who treat you like you don't matter because you do.

I gain weight too. it's usually all water because I get the "salts". I just try to have maybe one or 2 salty snacks when this happens and I drink a ton of water. My partner says I look like I'm about 3 months pregnant for 3 or 4 days and then all of a sudden my curves come back :-)
