QOTD 11/20/11 - Do you take supplements on a daily basis? Do you find it helps or hinders your weight lose goal? Yes, I try. When I take them I do think they help me. Even if I find myself cheating, I find I still can lose weight. It's like I never ordered pizza and hot wings. I know, sad. But, this is my cheat food.

Hello, ladies. My most recent NSV would have to be that I can actually were my husbands boxers again. Just a last year, I couldn't even put one leg in his boxers. He is a size 32/34. So I felt feminine slim. But, I have a ways to go, still.
