Olivia's voice is amazing! Glad to hear that it has inspired all of you as it has me!

So sorry to here this news. Hang in there. Everyone is here to support you and get you through this. Eating has been a comfort for me too. Now when I do need that comfort I come on this site...sounds cheesy but it has helped. And when I do eat, the food is much better. My mentality has changed. You can get there too.

Olivia is very cute! I agree!

Courtney is awesome...even as a guy she was very inspirational to me. Irene has been amazing...they are all my favorite though because they put themselves out there for all of us to see and they all succeeded whether or not they are still there or not.

Good for you eviltera! Keep it up!

Wow! Good for you! Congratulations! You look great!

I have had the same issue! I eat smaller meals during the day and have healthier snacks, eating more often so I don't feel the need to snack at night. If I do need to, I opt for a Fiber One Brownie (90 cals) or a 100 cal popcorn, a weight watchers 50 cal cheese stick or especially pickles. Most are zero calories. Switching…

Congratulations! This post is very inspirational...so happy for you and it definitely will push me to keep going. Thank you!

Wine is better for sure...beer and hard alcohol have more calories. I have been sticking to Bud Light (cans are 110 cals) and if I do have a mixed drink a shot of vodka is typically between 65-100 cals and I use diet tonic water with a twist of lime. I have cut down on my alcohol intake for sure but wont give it up…

I make an omelet or scrambled eggs with an egg substitute and a light white or whole grain toast with jelly or peanut butter. Very low cal and low fat.

It happens to all of us. So don't beat yourself up over it and just move forward. You can get back on track! Good luck!

Maybe start by cutting down on portions and sticking to serving sizes and adding healthier foods little by little? That has worked for me. I really hate how methodical I'd have to be with exercise so I just try to stay active in different ways...take the stairs instead of elevators; go for walks, etc. Start with an easier…

From a guys perspective...luckily I have some smaller clothes from before I gained all this weight and then when I reach my goal I'll have to do some shopping! Its a good problem to have though isn't it? Great job! Keep it up!

I am getting close to that point. I had lost a bunch of weight a while ago and have since gained it back but luckily I kept some of those clothes so I will be fitting into some of those soon! Congrats on the 55! That is amazing!

My "ideal" weight is around 160. I had lost about 64 lbs 8 years ago and got down to 176. Most people said that I looked too skinny. I ended up gaining some of the weight back and I think I maintained around 195 and most people said that I looked really good then. I figured getting back down to 195 would be a very…
