Same story here. I really started on this journey only 6 weeks ago and already dropped 24 lbs. If I knew it was going to be this easy I would have done this years ago!

Just a couple of Coronas for me, and some low fat, low cal nachos...I am making them with low cal wraps (cutting into triangles and toasting them) low fat cheese and salsa. Happy Cinco de Mayo!

I was in the same boat. I was 240 eight years ago and got down to 176. I let myself get up to nearly 290. Right now I'm down to 264 hoping to get to around 195. We have similar goals...add me for support if you want! Good luck!

Congratulations! We are the same age and started at around the same weight. I worry about having that same issue soon. 8,m at around 264 now. You need the calories to burn fat and build muscle so perhaps more lean protein will help? Im no expert but that seems logical since you want to stay on your lean meat regimen. Good…

I've had the same issue with sweets...its the hardest to give up so I chose not to give them up. I just choose better sweets. Low cal, fat free, sugar free...still gives me my sweets fix but a healthier one. My sweet of choice right now is the Fiber One brownie, only 90 calories! Good luck!

I'm in the same boat. I have always had issues with my weight and 8 years ago lost 64 lbs doing the Atkins diet. Obviously it was very unhealthy and when my wife got pregnant I gained the weight back and then some. But this is as you said a lifestyle change...its not a diet or a phase. This time its for life.
