Thanks for the help! I love your quote btw...it is absolutely true!

I have been married for 7 years and what keeps me that way is that my wife, aside from being so beautiful, makes me laugh, is tough mentally and physically (she don't take **** from nobody!), she is a fantastic mother (nothing else is more important), she is very independent but is very close with her mother, gets along…

It was very tasty!

Nice quote, I used to have to hear that one every morning in a daily sales meeting for like 2 years! But it is absolutely the truth.

It was delicious...cooked perfectly and well-seasoned. And I didn't miss the french fries! The roasted veggies were really good.

And I need Blake Lively! LOL

Just make sure that you net 1200 and you should be fine but don't go below that. I'm usually around 1600 with exercise.

It depends on his goals. Mine is to lose two lbs a week and exercising 6 days a week for 30 min. I weighed 289 when I started. With my weight loss mmy current calorie goal is to net 1630 per day. Its important to eat the exercise calories back or the body goes into starvation mode. Sounds like he is eating too many…

I drink Bud Light mostly because its only 110 calories. Corona is about 90 (my summer beer!) If I want a mixed drink I go with vodka (about 65 calories a shot) with diet tonic water (zero calories) or Sugar Free Red Bull (10 calories per can). Wine is usually a good choice too, better low cal drink vs. beer or mixed drinks.

I've done Bodypump before and never thought I'd get through it. But I did and it was a great workout! Good for you!

Congratulations! You look great! Thanks for the inspiration!

I still account for everything and I will estimate the calories the best that I can. I will always over estimate but I still stick to small portions...nothing bigger than the size of you palm maybe...good luck!

My starting weight on May 8: 263 lbs. My weight as of May 14th: 258.4 lbs. Total weight loss: 4.6 lbs. I really upped my exercise routine and made sure to eat back my calories. I have now lost over 30 lbs on my journey!! Whoo hoo!!

I agree about lowering the sodium and increasing water...I only looked at a couple of days but I think you need to up your calories a bit and maybe cut out the soda? Easier said than done but that may help as well.

I weighed 289 when I started and Im down to around 260. My daily calorie goal is 1670 per day and I try to net at least 1400 a day and that has been working so far. I average 4 to 5 lb weight loss per week. Let me know if that helps.

Only 10 calories! I say go for it...just don't have 4! Lol
-
Try green tea...or diet green iced tea. Zero calories!
-
That actually sounds right. I had researched a few restaurants and there are some very high calories in meals like that. Chili and cheese Nachos...2500 calories, etc. I was shocked!
-
Hey congrats! Keep it up!

I can only imagine what you are going through...especially what having kids can do to a womans body. My wife and I have two kids...From what I can tell though, you are very strong willed and you will get to the point where you will like what you see every day. Keep your head up!

You'll get there Lindsay!
