  • I agree! I'm gonna try this next time I have my protein powder!! I got all the ingredients for it.
  • Oh no see I am not doing it to lose more weight, I WANT to make it higher, but I honestly am not hungry. I want to stick to around 1500 calories but its a struggle to even get to 1200, I have hypothyroidism and pcos though so its possible my body just digests very slow, but I don't believe in starving yourself, I just feel…
  • I really like Eas Soy protein powder. Its a bit chalky but when you put it in a smoothie with half a banana and almond milk or soy milk, it is delicious!! I am going to try the Eas Lean 15 in about a month and I'll let you know how that one is.
  • that and I don't think they will last with their diet or gain it back later. Dark chocolate isn't even bad for you and any doctor will tell you chocolate is fine in moderation.
  • I agree with this, though I don't think its bad if you don't fill out your calorie goal if you are feeding your body and actually feel full. Like sometimes I really struggle to even eat 1200 calories but I am feeding my body and feel full. I eat a lot of fruits and egg whites both of which are low in calories and I fill up…
  • I think its completely fine to eat chocolate but unlike what people have said about the calories, its not always about the calories. • I am setting smaller goals for myself that I know for a fact I can achieve and will work hard to make sure that I do! My goal right now is to be down 30 in total by the day of my college graduation, so May 9th. I am down 13 now, 17 more to go and jussstt under 5 weeks, I think I can do it. :D
  • Hey there! I am in the same boat, I like the idea of sharing my progress with others and hearing about their successes and sharing tips for what works with me as well. I am almost done with week three. Down 13 pounds now but not officially counting it till I weigh in on Monday. Either way I hope we can inspire each other…
  • Let me know if we can exchange some tips. I'd love to share a couple of mine since you are a full time college student, I am too and though we got that age difference I guarantee you can benefit from some of my tips. Let me know if you find some things that work for you too!
  • Since starting my journey, I actually haven't been keeping to a certain amount, though I guess you could say I'm trying to stay under 1500, but i don't know I base it off what I eat that day and if I feel full, the past couple days I struggle to even get the calorie counter to 1200, but I'm not starving myself or living…
