you don't need to worry its safe I been using it off and on for years and for the record there is food that has creatine in it like ground I think has like 5 grams in a 1lb i believe it's importatnt to drink lots of water with it

Hi Sarah important is your caloric intake has to be reduced but not too much and high intensity carido, not long drawn out ones, like sprinting, for example but you have to give your all for short bursts, incorporated with weight training and calorie deficit, you will se results.
