I put it under the band of my sports bra although sometimes it slips below it instead. I have never had a problem....but mine is only a couple of months old.

I only weight about every 2 weeks or so. I get too crazy watching the fluctuations if I weight too often. I pretty much only weigh if I have been good for 4-5 days in a row with plenty of exercise.

I purchased a polar a few months ago. One thing I found out was the app I was using (endomondo) was way over estimating my calorie burn when walking or cycling. MFP also was giving me more calories for the same workout then I was actually burning. Wearing a HRM has made me realize it takes an hour of solid cardio moderate…

I have used cycling as my main form of exercise since joining MFP in Jan. I ride a heavy hybrid and am looking at buying my first expensive road bike (gulp) So hard to know what to pick! enjoy your rides!!

I'm 5ft 51/2 and the goal weight I set was 160. I didn't want to set it lower as I want to be able to hit goal and then I will decide whether to keep going. Getting to and staying in the 150's just seemed impossible so 160 sounded good!

i totally do this. usually after I take my Ambien to go to sleep and it is not working all the way it makes me what to go eat bad for me junk!! right now this is happening I'm on ambien and thinking about what is downstairs..... go to be don't eat!!!

The scale is such an evil creature!! I try to only weigh every 10-14 days...and only if I know I've been really good with my food and exercise for at least 4 days in a row. I get so discouraged if I have gained. I'm kinda overdue to weigh again right now but had a bad girl weekend with food and alcohol so think I will wait…
