I don't know what you've got your carb/protein/fat percentages set at, but given that you exercise a lot, you might want to up the % of protein. You need enough to make sure your lean muscle has enough to rebuild after exercise (she says like she knows what she's talking about).

I like Jamieson Slimdown Bars, in particular the Yogurt Honey one and the Belgian Chocolate crisp (not quite sure of names). Only 150 cals, 15 g protein, 15 g carbs. Better for me than many of the bars that have much greater calories.

Don't know if this available outside of Canada (well it is on amazon, but I don't know that that counts), but it is a really nice alternative to oatmeal

I'm 5'2" and 138 lbs. Goal weight is 114. The slow creep of weight gain turned into a galloping race in the last year (this being over 40 nonsense!!), so I joined MFP.
