hey there :) I actually started at 301 and i'm currently at 286. My goal is to get to 200 lbs actually lol ....as i get closer to my target, i'll get a sense of if I want to keep going to lose a few extra lbs. Feel free to add me if you'd like.

That's great!!!! I'm certainly feeling more positive overall! I'm enjoying being outside and being active, i've been drinking more water than ever before, i'm able to push my self control boundaries and my sleep schedule is balancing out for the most part.

nope haven't tried them! ....not sure if the test ones are out in canada yet. I'll have to look next time but I think I'll avoid 2653. i know my mom entered the contest and her ingredients were chocolate and toffee bits lol

OH my. If my partner sees this, she's going to attempt to make it tonight. Bad news for me lol ....though, it's an interesting concept. I wonder if I could make it healthy and fit into my daily stats? Use thin crust, light cheese, veggie only....i'm going to ponder this.

I'm in Canada and the last time they brought the Double Down back they had to reduce the sodium content. I haven't had one yet. I hear it's amazing but too much for one person? I do however indulge in "breakfast doubledowns" on rare occcasion ...I use 2 baked hashbrown patties, cheddar/marble cheese and turkey bacon.

Eating a turkey dinner with my parents, watching zombie movies with my sugared up partner. I'm sure I'll hear from our friends & their kids. after their egg hunt.

It depends on my mood, where I'm drinking and who I'm with. I don't drink a whole lot these days but when I do, beer is a safe bet .Tequila shots sometimes. I used to drink a lot of fireball...and on the odd occasion I would be in the mood for vodka& lime or rum and pepsi.

I've had issues with this in the past...and I also have issues when I go out with friends. If I keep myself busy, I feel more in control and I can listen to my body's needs instead of eating out of boredom or *insert other emotion*. When home alone I will listen to music, read or interact on MFP when I find myself circling…

I tend to grab an apple and a spoonful of peanut butter or two if worried about being too far under. Eat your dinner as planned and see how you feel afterwards?

I really do enjoy casual and random conversation with people. If I feel like there's a connection then yes I would meet up...though a lot of my friends are long distance anyway. I haven't met anyone on here as of yet ...and as for dating, I'm unavaliable.

I'm a super short guy lol ....I would never want someone to refrain from wearing something they want to wear or that would make them feel more confident, sexy etc. Their esteem/ego issues are about them , not you ...so I say rock it!!!!

I don't eat late at night very often but that's a personal preference. If it fits into your daily routine and it works for you, there is nothing wrong with eating after dinner!
