Wow, I've never ever heard of using cottage cheese in sweet dishes. I mix a tablespoon of tahini with wholegrain mustard and honey, and skimmed/soya milk for a creamy low cal dressing, sometimes I use american mustard as a dressing, most are very low cal, or I use cider vinegar. I also thin down light mayo with soya/skimmed milk.

I'm currently reading the Jean M Auel books, as mentioned above. I'm on the third book. I love that they're going to keep me going for ages. I wasn't interested by the description tbh, I didn't think it was my thing at all, but I'm really glad I gave them a go.

sugar free jelly is lower in calories and more filling than fruit, and sea food sticks are very low too. There isn't a lot else unfortunately! Fat free yoghurt and sugar free hot chocolate powder mixed in is good for a low cal sweet fix.
