I've heard of the oil less fryer...same thing? I've wanted to get one of those

I like it! I'm in too. One day at a time.

Looking good. I can see the difference. Great job!

I love having a glass or two of wine too. It definitely has apx 200 calories per glass, so I know I have to account for it during the day by eating less or working out more later. No easy way out. Good luck!

I'm in the same boat with having past success and just getting going on losing weight I regained. I lost 25 lbs about 5 years ago- lost it slowly over 2 years. I had the workouts down but eating in a way I could maintain for life was my goal which is why I lost slowly. I gained it back cuz of eating more here and there…

Exercise enough so that when I eat more, I still lose weight

I remember how good I'll feel with the endorphin high. I usually am in a better mood after working out. That motivates me.

Thanks you for your reply. It's encouraging to hear it's how many calories not when you eat them, though I try not to eat late since that's not a good time to eat. I'm going to focus more on tracking what I eat, and limiting the cheat days. Or like one other responder said increase calories but track it and maybe workout…

Hello, I'm experiencing the same frustration right now. I've gained instead of lost though I feel I've cut back a lot on eating. I don't have any answers but just want to let you know you aren't alone.

Congratulations!! Beautiful!

I'm 157 and my goal weight is 145. Feel this is a good weight for me.

When I get on the scale and see weight has come off:) Plus, the way I look in pictures. Keeping in mind that I want to be strong and healthy.

Well you can't undo a bad week. Just start fresh, accept that you were off...and it's okay to be off every now and again;) Just get back in the saddle and start fresh. I ate poorly this Easter weekend...and was feeling down about it too for a minute..but realized I need to just start fresh. Good luck!

Good luck!! I'm aiming to lose 2lbs a week too! My goal is to lose 15lbs by June and then maintain thereafter. Slow and steady is a great way to go.

You might be gaining muscle. My weight hasn't budged much lately either, though I look slimmer. Keep your son in mind and keep sticking to it. Soon enough you'll start noticing changes! Good luck

That person was an *kitten*! Glad the world isn't full of people who'll say mean things. Just keep your focus and coming back here for support!

Good Luck!! I'm in a similar situation. Lost 20 lbs two years ago, and then have gained back apx. 15 lbs. I'm back on track too!!

Absolutely. It's just one day, and so many great days before that! I've heard people treat themselves sometimes too~ a reward. I think I'll reward myself too- like eating something really yummy at the end of every successful month.
