My weight loss journey is really scary for me. I have been in recovery from anorexia and bulimia for about a year. I was sick and without help for seven years. Now as I try to get back down to an appropriate weight for my height, I'm really fighting urges to restrict/purge. I haven't so far, yet! Woo!
