Hope everyone is having a great day. My energy is about to fade for the day. Had a terrible bout of insomnia last night. Just have to push through it. I think I will go for a walk along the river this afternoon. That always makes me feel better. :o

When I go out to eat at a buffet; I take a dinner plate to the salad bar, and a salad plate for the entree. For dessert I have some fruit from the salad bar. Then sit at a table as far away from the food as I can get, with my back to the food bar. :D

Had a good breakfast of 1 poached egg 1 slice of 9 grain bread with half of an avocado spread on the bread like butter. Very satisfying. Then got on my bicycle and rode 1/2 mile to the pool for a water aerobics class then rode home. Had a…

1. Log every bite lick and taste 2. Drink more water 3. Cardio exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week 4. Strength Training 2 times a week 5. Go dancing at least 2 times a week more if possible
